Stella Cottrell

Oh hi, Is it a student diary? I use personal diary for many years and have never seen this one before, it looks quiet interesting. By the way, I followed your link from Hellouk. Good to know you, I live in Yorkshire for 8 years, how about you, perhaps going out for a coffee sometimes (don't worry, I am a female). Ta La~ Nic
Hi Nic The diary is designed for students I believe, but the layout is actually better for the normal academic diary (ie Niceday) and therefore, I use it for work purpose. I have only been here for 4 years.... feel a long time already. Hard to imagine how it would feel like to live here for longer.... ^^ Where about do you based in Yorkshire?
Hi Darcy Thanks for replying. Time does fly without any notices I believe and is how I feel, also if there are things to do or plan to do such as family, work and holiday etc, the time goes even quicker. The common issues for people live in a foreign country would try to overcome from the homesick and loneliness as there are what I've seen from the majority. I think I am not one of them, are you?! If you live in Bradford then I just live in your next door Bramley, one of the towns surrounding Leeds city centre. Besides, I like to make friend and to get to know them, however "age" is a reason I concern and consider about when knows new friend, as age will divide the friendship and the focus as well as the understanding. Have a good day!!
Hi Darcy, just a thought my post might scare you as it was a straight speech, do apologise if that was how you felt. I thought you was on about how to live here longer emotionally, therefore I made my common. About the age, that was the living experiences after moved to England. As my experience told me young adult would like to social with their same age (obviously I am not the young adult), which I had made the last common, hope you are keeping fine. I hope I didn't offend you in anyway. Ta-la.
Hi Nic, I am sorry that I didn't reply to your comments any earlier. I was exhausted after I finished blogging yesterday and I wanted to watch 《逆轉女王28》 so badly.... I guess what I tried to say in my previous reply was that I feel it is taking its time to feel settled in UK. I am married, being a house owner, working and speaking in English, it is not the same as what you think of settle-down. I wonder how I would feel about it after anther 4,5 years. it's emotional, but not negative, only being reflective. PS. I know Bramley - it's on the bus route from Bradford to Leeds. If you don't mind me asking how come you are now staying in the UK? work? love? ... ^^~
Hi Darcy, glad to know you are keeping well despite being exhausted. Don't worry about your late reply, it is normal when your time have been divided by many things daily and have less time for yourself in the same time. Good to know my comments didn't offend you, that is the mine thing; in another word, this could be a new friendship and start from. Excellent, you do spot on Bramley which saves my time to explain where is about; before I live in this town, I used to rent house and shared with other few mates in the city centre. Besides, I came as a student, work then marry. Now, I'm still working during the weekdays like everyone does, days off over the weekend, therefore I understand how it feels when you meant exhausted. How do you like England, weather, food and common sense people have, just wondering how do you cope with the difference compare to where you were from. OK, let's call off a day and sweet dreams.
^^~ nice to know you!!
wow!
