自從上次下定決心要讓生活不再只是只有工作之後，除了每個月要選間沒試過的餐廳、好好享受婚後的戀愛生活之外，還決定要一起做些有益身心、薰陶氣質的『文化事』。

是說，我以為的『文化事』，除了一般的去戲院看舞台劇、音樂劇、或是陪麥先生去 pub 聽樂團演奏之外，看電影也算是是件『文化事』吧？！
ㄏㄡ~ 我家麥先生卻大聲反對.... 看來只好再有想要看的電影的時候，盧他去囉~

我們做的第一件『文化事』就是去學校的實驗劇團看話劇 ─ More Than Words (是翻成『無須言語』嗎？)

老實說，我對於要去看劇，其實是挺忐忑的。畢竟，感覺很像是在考驗自己的英文聽力一樣。

這齣舞台劇，卻是出乎意料之外的，非常棒。舞台劇的構想很簡單：三齣短劇，每齣約15-25分鐘，劇情內容真是是用看的就看的懂得。雖然只有四個演員，可是發揮的很好。真的很值得推薦給大家~ 是說，這齣劇只有演三個晚上而已，明晚(週五晚上)就是最後一場囉~

One of the things we also decided to do, as well as having a dinner date once a month, is to explore more 'cultural' things in general.

'Cultural' things, in my opinion, include going to see a movie once in a while.  However, my dear hubbie disagreed..... 

We both agreed on general arty events, such as going to theatres, gigs, concerts, or even special art exibitions.  As for the films,  let's leave it as agree and disagree then!

So the very first cultural thing we decided to do, is to see this play in the campus theatre (University of Bradford, main campus):

I got to be honest, I do worry about my 'listening' skills whenever we went to see a play.  I feared this time as usual.  But to my suprise, it was not a problem at all......

It was a excellent ACTING; words are easy to follow, actually, there wasn't that much of words to follow in a good way. It was a real fun, great performance. It was not long, only about 1 hour, which is great to me. The longer a play goes, easier to get bored or get lost in understanding English. 

High recommanded!!!  Well, Friday night would be your last chance.
(You don't need to buy tickets in advance, at least we didn't.)
